We just received an email from the good people over @ Handshake 2.0 informing us about a Swarm Badge Party taking place in Blacksburg, Va. June 1.

We hope realtors embrace the idea of foursquare, and encourage their neighborhood stores to offer foursquare incentives to their customers. It will be a great selling point for years to come.
